INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER

Industrial Production Manager will direct and coordinate jobs related to engineering and food
processing industry. This position is responsible to ensure, develop and improve sales, performance,
efficiency and profitability.

Background requirements:

- College degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minor in business
administration.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in food processing industry.
- Experience and understanding in project management.
- Experience and understanding in operations management.
- Experience and understanding in human resources.
- Experience and understanding in accounting principles.
- Experience and understanding in sales principles.

Position responsibilities and tasks:

As PA Equipment, LLC Industrial Production Manager you will be responsible to:
- Coordinate and supervise jobs in progress, performance, quality, job cost, labor, schedule and
profitability.
- Manage human resources and recruitment if needed.
- Costumer sales visits and projects budgeting.
- Process engineering development directly to customer needs and requirements.
- Revision of financial statements and data to assure company wellbeing.
